The Washington Post has selected several GovCon firms for recognition in the newspaper’s annual list of the 150 “Top Workplaces” in the greater Washington area.
The Post chose the recipients based on overall employee perceptions of leadership quality, pay and benefits and work-life balance strategies at the organizations.
Companies selected for the list were broken up into three categories with large, mid-size and small.
GovCon firms chosen for the Top 150 list’s large category include AT&T, CACI International, DMI, ECS Federal, Maximus, Mitre and Noblis.
CACI President and CEO Ken Asbury said the recognition “reflects very positively on the efforts of all the members of our team to support each other while helping our customers succeed in their most critical missions.”
Julie Gravallese, vice president and chief human resources officer at Mitre, said the nonprofit organization’s selection to the list “wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our remarkably talented and diverse workforce.”
