Matt Carroll serves as vice president of the secure services business unit under Fluor government group, which provides clients from the intelligence community with facility design, build, operations and maintenance services.
Carroll has led the secure services business since January 2012 and oversaw strategic growth through the acquisition of J. Crowder Corp.
He joined Fluor in 2003 to work in the business development group, which served clients such as the Defense Department and Department of Homeland Security.
He has also served as manager for the Intel, DHS, NASA and U.S. Navy/Marine Corps accounts at Fluor.
Carroll, a former naval aviator for the Marines, is currently a director in the boards of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and Seabee Memorial Scholarship Association.
He has served in the military for 12 years in combat mission support, installation management and contracting assignments.
