Gary Stockman Joins CSC as Chief Marketing, Communications Officer; Mike Lawrie Comments

Gary Stockman, formerly CEO and senior partner at Porter Novelli, has joined Computer Sciences Corp. as chief marketing and communications officer.

He will report to CSC President and CEO Mike Lawrie and work to lead the company’s integrated marketing communications group and further its value proposition with stakeholders, CSC said Friday.

“Gary’s extensive leadership, marketing communications and technology sector experience will be of great value to CSC as we build on our next-generation IT transformation,” Lawrie said.

Stockman most recently worked to guide Porter Novelli’s social media and digital analytics business, forge new collaboration and engagement practices and provide strategic counsel to customers.

He served as a partner at Copithorne & Bellows before he joined Porter Novelli.
