Change Healthcare has secured a position on the fourth iteration of the Defense Logistics Agency‘s potential 10-year Digital Imaging Network
The company said Thursday that Military Health System and Veterans Health Administration customers can buy McKesson-built enterprise imaging products that are now part of Change Healthcare’s portfolio through the DIN-PACS IV contract.
Change Healthcare was established last year as a health information technology provider after the combination of Change Healthcare Holdings and majority of McKesson’s technology solutions business.
The Tennessee-based firm’s offerings include diagnostic imaging and workflow, picture archiving and communication, radiology and cardiovascular imaging systems.
Change Healthcare helped install medical platforms that work to help clinicians manage care at Camp Pendleton; Walter Reed Medical; Fort Belvoir; Malcolm Grow and Veterans Integrated Service Networks 5, 6, 9, and 17.
