WidePoint has received a potential three-year, $4.3 million contract to provide mobile Telecom Expense Management services to the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
The company said Monday it will continue to provide enterprise-wide wireless TEM support for more than 21,000 USACE devices as well as supply wireless equipment and accessories through the contract.
Jin Kang, CEO of WidePoint, said the company’s services has helped USACE save more than $9 million over the past six years.
He added the company aims to introduce its next-generation TM2 management framework to the military organization.
Todd Dzyak, president and CEO of WidePoint Integrated Solutions and WidePoint Solutions, said the company also supported USACE ‘s previous efforts to consolidate its global wireless service systems and establish an enterprise-wide assets inventory and ordering system.
