NCI has secured a potential two-year, $11 million task order to provide information technology services to the U.S. Army‘s Southeast Regional Network Enterprise Center at Fort Stewart in Georgia.
The company said Monday it will support all IT classified and unclassified networks$ managed by R-NEC as part of the military branch’s Network Campaign Plan.
Work covers network administration, systems administration and integration, configuration and infrastructure management, end-user support and training, hardware/software fielding, quality control, information and network security and database support services.
“This award continues NCI’s network and communications support to Fort Stewart and expands it to other regional locations that will comprise the Southeast R-NEC,†said Brian Clark, NCI’s president and CEO.
He added the company seeks to help the Army establish its initial regional networking hub.
The order contains one base year and one option year and was awarded through the Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services contract vehicle.
The Southeast R-NEC is under the Army’s Network Enterprise Technology Command and works to manage Army IT networks across Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina.
