CopaSAT has received a multiyear, $3.5 million contract to supply and manage Ku-band man-portable terminals for an unnamed U.S. government agency.
The company said Wednesday the Ku-band man-portable terminals will work to provide the agency end-to-end communications for its global operations.
CopaSAT will deliver managed services under the contract through June 2021.
Scott Bohnsack, CopaSAT vice president for business development, said the company will follow a leased-service approach to support the long-term operational requirements of the customer.
CopaSAT is a small business and satellite services provider based in Florida.
