Grant Thornton has transferred its Hartford operations in Connecticut from an office building at 175 Capital Blvd. to a leased space at 90 State House Square located within the city’s primary business district.
The company said Wednesday its new 7,928-square-foot facility in downtown Hartford features conference and team rooms with audiovisual and video conferencing systems.
Frank Kurre, managing partner for Grant Thornton’s operations in Metro New York and New England region, said the move will allow the company to work closer to current and potential customers.
The audit, tax and advisory services company also has an office in Stamford, Connecticut, and aims to double the number of its employees and partners in the state over the next two years.
