Tetra Tech Inc. has been awarded a five-year, $20 million contract with the U.S. Agency for International Development to support the agency’s effort to bolster accountability and professional standards in El Salvador.
The company will assist the government of El Salvador in several projects meant to expand citizen oversight, participation and awareness of government reforms, Tetra Tech said Thursday.
“Tetra Tech is pleased to support USAID and the government of El Salvador to improve the transparency of national and local institutions in delivering key services to El Salvador’s citizens,†said Dan Batrack, Tetra Tech chairman and CEO.
Tetra Tech will use information technology and social media services to carry out the task.
