H3 Dynamics has introduced a new unmanned aerial system the company built for customers seeking to apply the Internet of Things for industrial usage.
Dronebox is designed to carry sensors for deployment to aerial locations and perform scheduled tasks as part of an Internet of Things network, H3 Dynamics said Tuesday.
The product is scheduled for first market release within the next six months.
A network of Dronebox systems works to use collaborative tools to help first responders deploy to hazardous incidents such as power plant meltdowns, chemical spills and natural calamities, according to H3 Dynamics.
Dronebox also charges drone batteries within its shelter system as the unmanned vehicle is equipped with a solar battery.
Dronebox is also designed to extend its functions with the use of Remobox, which contains backup fuel cells.
