InfoVista has secured a contract from the Defense Information Systems Agency to provide its network performance management platform in support of the update on DISA’s Joint Information Environment Joint Regional Security Stacks.
InfoVista said Monday it will also supply its service assurance system to enable the JRSS platform to support DISA’s virtual private network.
The VPN will work to enable Joint Base-Customer Edge and Joint Router-Customer Edge routers to run on one Multiprotocol Label Switched domain in an effort to allow Defense Information Systems Network users to monitor sensitive network data on the JRSS system.
“DISA is tasked with the important duty of managing sensitive information that requires network security of the highest caliber,” said Sylvain Quartier, senior vice president of products and markets strategy at InfoVista.
