Parsons and three other companies have formed a consortium to help finance, design, build and maintain a highway bypass in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan through a public-private partnership.
The project will have a 58-kilometer, four-lane highway as well as flyovers, service roads and 11 interchanges, Parsons said Wednesday.
Regina Bypass Partners consists of Parsons’ enterprises business, Vinci Concessions, Connor Clark & Lunn GVest Fund and Gracorp Capital.
Todd Wager, a Parsons group president, said the company aims to help improve public safety and quality of life in the Regina region through the infrastructure project.
The consortium will collaborate with Regina Bypass Design Builders on the project’s design-construction phase.
Parson’s Canadian arm, Graham Infrastructure, Carmacks Enterprises and Vinci Infrastructure Canada established Regina Bypass Design Builders.
