Forrester Research has released a new report that suggests government agencies need to integrate mobile and analytics technologies to further their digital migration, GCN reported Monday.
Amanda Ziadeh writes the Forrester report recommends that agencies focus on mobile as the primary platform to connect with citizens and identify methods for sharing data with the public.
The market analyst also highlighted the need to aggregate crowdsourced data in order to respond to various citizen needs, according to GCN.
Forrester says enhanced customer experience results in effective legislation, compliance and engagement with the public.
