Altamira Technologies has appointed Norman Willox to its board of directors, bringing over three decades of experience in the public and private sectors and expertise in risk management, cybersecurity and technology.
The new board member is expected to use his unique business perspective to provide operational and growth guidance, Altamira said Monday.
According to Altamira CEO Jane Chappell, the new board member’s “innovation and commitment to technology will be invaluable as we navigate our next phase of growth and development.”
Norman Willox’s Professional Background
Currently, Willox serves as a managing partner and CEO at Bluewater International, an investment advisory firm focused on digital information and cyber risk markets. He also co-founded Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions Group, where he worked with key federal agencies to establish and operate several U.S. information risk programs.
Previously, Willox served as an investor, board director and adviser for various risk technology companies. At present, he is an executive board member of Freedom House, a non-governmental organization. Willow graduated from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration.
