Illumio Government Cloud has received moderate-status authority to operate under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
The company said Thursday the authorization, sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services, allows it to offer zero trust segmentation services to federal agencies.
With the ZTS cybersecurity strategy, agencies can assess risks in real time, contain inevitable breaches and ransomware via advanced approaches and have a zero-trust architecture that meets federal mandates.
Gary Barlet, public sector chief technology officer at Illumio, commented, “This achievement underscores Illumio’s commitment to empowering security teams with the right tools to prepare for threats and prevent breaches, ensuring seamless uninterrupted services to the American public.”
