The Assets Net has changed its name to Tracklynk as part of a rebranding effort that seeks to reflect its changing business focus aligned with the current needs of customers in the industrial internet of things sector.
The rebranded Radiant Digital affiliate will focus on providing technology platforms in the areas of health and safety engineering and asset management meant to help enterprises improve security and safety, gain insights and enhance operational capability.
In May, Tracklynk, then TAN, announced plans to expand its global client base and offerings to address the rising demand for real-time location-based services through PrecyseTech’s remote entity awareness and control systems.
TAN closed its purchase of PrecyseTech’s products, intellectual property, customer contracts and other assets for an undisclosed amount in July 2020.
