Citadel Defense has updated its Titan counter unmanned aircraft system to incorporate CUAS training and help warfighters teach a colleague how to operate the platform for enhanced situational awareness.
The company said Thursday the training environments integrated into the Titan software were developed using artificial intelligence, automated threat simulation and data augmentation technologies.
There are more than 300 Titan counter drone platforms in operation and each unit was designed to gain knowledge from other fielded systems for up-to-date threat coverage.
Titan was developed to provide precision electronic countermeasures to enable safe escalation of troops and ensure autonomous protection.
"The Titan allows any servicemen or servicewomen to monitor and clear their airspace of uncooperative Group 1 and Group 2 drone activity within 5 minutes of first being introduced to the system,” said Christopher Williams, CEO of Citadel Defense.
