TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 17, 2021 — Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) has sold its engineering design subsidiary UniversalPegasus International to Los Angeles-based private equity firm PMC Capital Partners, GovCon Wire reported Feb. 5.
