Jamie McMullin, former senior director of naval power systems at Leonardo DRS, has been appointed as vice president of business development and strategy at Fairbanks Morse's aftermarket business.
McMullin will work with Fairbanks Morse's aftermarket team and strategic customer segments as part of his new capacity, the portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management said Tuesday.
His other responsibilities are spearheading the aftermarket integration efforts for merger and acquisition activities, and driving creation and execution of business growth plans through collaboration with account managers, sales managers and business development leaders.
He will bring his experience in the defense, marine and naval markets to the Wisconsin-based engine and power generation manufacturer.
McMullin spent nearly two decades at Rolls-Royce in various roles such as program manager for systems integration and VP for naval campaigns and business development.
He also provides his expertise and insights to business entrepreneurs as a judge and mentor for nonprofit organization MassChallenge.
