Kelly Horton, enterprise account executive for the State Department at cloud computing software provider ServiceNow, has been promoted to director of federal civilian sales, G2Xchange FedCiv reported Tuesday.
Horton joined ServiceNow in late 2019 from Salesforce, where she spent more than six years as senior strategic account executive for the latter company's federal enterprise health care business.
Her other previous roles include customer relationship management application sales manager within Oracle's federal unit and senior account executive of CRM and enterprise resource planning offerings for higher education at Ellucian.
She earned both her bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in corporate and professional communication from Radford University.
