An Atlas Research and Prometheus Federal Services joint venture has received a task order to help the Veterans Health Administration create a digital environment for military veterans to access medical services and benefits.
Titan Alpha will support the VHA Office of Connected Care in planning operations, managing performance, budgeting, acquiring products and facilitating meetings, Atlas Research said Tuesday.
VHA awarded the task order under the agency's Integrated Healthcare Transformation contract vehicle.
“As we have seen with the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of virtual health care has only become more apparent," said Ryan Styer, an Atlas Research technical adviser.
Styer added the venture has supported OCC's health technology development projects over the past four years.
Greg Smallwood, president of PFS, said the office's digital platforms are intended to transform and accelerate care delivery to veterans.
