MetTel has secured a contract to provide managed cellular network communications services to government agencies throughout Massachusetts.
The company said Thursday it will serve as a wireless services provider to the state's public sector over a five-year contract period that includes potential renewals.
Other customers of the communications firm include the Federal Emergency Management Association, the Department of the Navy and the Social Security Administration.
The General Services Administration awarded MetTel a position on the $50B Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions contract vehicle in 2017.
