Mark Batis, former vice president at Criterion Systems, has joined Rockville, Md,-based information technology consulting firm Precise Software Solutions as vice president for growth, FedHealthIT reported Monday.
In his new role, Batis will lead efforts to develop and execute capture strategies for IT-related initiatives with U.S. government agencies, particularly those under the Department of Health and Human Services.
He has been serving in his most recent position since 2018 and previously held a senior business development executive role at CACI International.
Prior to joining CACI in 2017, Batis served as business development VP at AECOMÂ and held similar leadership roles at KPMG and Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies.
He brings more than 14 years of business development leadership experience to his new capacity.
Precise offers a range of IT services encompassing application development, system modernization, cloud implementation, portfolio management, data analytics and strategic consulting.
