ImmixGroup has agreed to distribute Active Navigation’s data privacy products across the federal government through a contract with the General Services Administration and other procurement vehicles.
Active Navigation said Tuesday its Discovery Center file analysis software provides navigation across files, including those in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and other web-based storage platforms and assists clients in cloud migration.
The companies formed the partnership as the federal government implements changes in data management as per the 2020 Federal Data Strategy Action Plan.
Peter Baumann, CEO at Active Navigation, said the partnership will help federal agencies oversee data in alignment with government policy.
