Fluor has received a five-year contract of an undisclosed sum from the U.S. Army Europe’s 7th Army Training Command to carry out logistics support services at Army Garrisons Bavaria.
Contract work will cover the provision of power generation equipment, food services, a dining facility, heaters, tents, material handling equipment and other associated services, the company said Tuesday.
Tom D’Agostino, president at Fluor’s government segment and a former Wash100 winner, said the contract will enable the company to continue work in Europe and potentially partner with the U.S. Africa Command and the U.S. European Command.
The 7th Army Training Command has been established to maintain training readiness authority and provide tactical support to allocated forces within EUCOM’s area of operations.
