Vectrus has been awarded a position on the five-year, $6.4B indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity Air Force Contract Augmentation Program contract vehicle, the company reported on Thursday.

Vectrus was one of eight companies selected for a position on the not-to-exceed $6.4 billion worldwide contingency and humanitarian support contract. AFCAP V, will provide contingency planning, deploying and training and equipping of forces.
In addition, Vectrus will work to enhance emergency and contingency construction, logistics and commodities and services. The location of performance will be determined at the task order level and will include various locations worldwide. The work is expected to be completed by May 31, 2031.

In 2015, Vectrus announced a prime contractor position on the $5 billion indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP IV). On the AFCAP IV contract vehicle, Vectrus was one of eight companies selected for a position on the not-to-exceed $5 billion base life and operating support, and logistics support-related contract.
The funding was allocated to orders on an as-required basis in support of all programs within the AFCAP scope of services. The contract has an estimated completion date of September 2021. The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Air Force Installation Contracting Agency, Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. contracted the work.
