Amazon Web Services has granted Perspecta an AWS Migration Competency designation in recognition of the latter’s capacity to transfer applications to the cloud.
Perspecta said Thursday its end-to-end enterprise approach works to cover all information technology assets such as infrastructure and data during the migration.
“By taking a holistic approach to cloud migration at enterprise scale—focusing on strategy, resources, governance, tools and culture— we ensure that our government customers gain the full potential of cloud,†said Mike Kirkland, senior vice president of offerings and solution development at Perspecta.
Perspecta previously received competency status from AWS in governance and DevSecOps capacities.
The AWS Competency Program acknowledges organizations in the AWS Partner Network who demonstrated technical capabilities in various technical areas.
