The U.S. Air Force has issued a presolicitation notice in line with a broad agency announcement to seek potential sources of research, development, test, integration and evaluation services.
Services under the BAA are intended to help the intelligence community obtain secure access to knowledge-based information, model-based reasoning and data that may assist in meeting mission objectives, the service branch said in a SAM notice posted Friday.
The BAA aims to validate approaches that will enable information sharing capacities within the Department of Defense and other government agencies. In addition, USAF has cited various disciplines such as mobile cloud architecture, assured cloud computing and application service technologies.
Interested vendors have until Sept. 30, 2021 to submit their responses to the notice.
The military service eyes to award $49.9M for the effort and may also decide on multiple awardees.
