Trace Systems has completed a task to take charge of information sharing activities within the U.S. Air Force’s Mission Partner Capabilities Office.
The company said Thursday it completed the transition to operate the MPCO’s information sharing environment in support of design, transition and operations requirements. The transition occurred over 40 days and concluded on schedule.
The MPCO information sharing environment facilitates the transmission and receipt of operational, tactical and strategic content between combatant commanders.
Therman Farley, vice president of Trace Systems' information solutions group, said the company will collaborate with MPCO and partners to meet joint information sharing requirements.
Trace will continue to engineer networks and systems for MPCO and help the office move all information activities to a larger enterprise service management framework.
