Parsons has received an $11.7M initial task order to provide cyber management and technical support services under a $710M multiple-award contract with the U.S. Navy.

The company said Thursday it will help Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific create and sustain cyber operations and enable interoperability features for programs and products under the Advanced Video Activity Analytics task order.

AAVA technology uses computer vision analytics to create a single, unified medium for processing. The task order has a one-year, $2.2M base value and four option years.

Parsons is among the seven companies that landed spots on the multiple-award contract. The Navy awarded this contract in May.
