CACI International has pledged to offer mentorship, donation and internship support for a program established by the Spookstock Foundation in honor of former CACI President and CEO Ken Asbury.
The Ken Asbury Mentorship Program seeks to help students find life, academic or career paths by giving them the oppotunity to engage with industry professionals, CACI said Tuesday.
Asbury, a six-time Wash100 winner, led the Arlington, Va.-based company from 2013 through his retirement on June 30. Under his leadership, the information technology and services provider supported the Spookstock Foundation.
"We proudly support the future of the children of our fallen heroes through our support of the Ken Asbury Mentorship Program," said CACI President and CEO John Mengucci.
"All of us at CACI honor Ken for his phenomenal contributions to the leaders of tomorrow, the mission of the Spookstock Foundation, and our nation’s future."
Spookstock hosts fundraising concerts and uses the proceeds to assist service members' children with their educational needs.
