Patrick Gerding, formerly vice president for sales at Health Catalyst, will assume the same role at Livongo, FedHealthIT reported Tuesday.
His new responsibilities include managing the company’s Defense Health Agency, Department of Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service accounts.
The 28-year healthcare information systems veteran also led federal business development efforts at Health Catalyst and held various roles at Picis. In addition, he served as director of sales and business development for VA and other federal healthcare accounts at Optum.
Livongo is a California-based digital health management firm that offers data science and diabetes response services.
