Fred Miller, a more than 20-year veteran in the federal information technology sector, has been appointed vice president at IT services firm Innosoft, FedHealth IT reported Monday.
He will oversee the company’s capture management activities and lead efforts to identify new contracting opportunities as part of his new role.
Prior to his current capacity, Miller spent more than a decade at Serco where he served as program manager for the company’s projects with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. From 1999 to 2010, Miller held similar leadership roles at SI International and Zen Technology.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech.
Established in 2001, Innosoft offers a range of IT services encompassing data management, cloud engineering, software development and identity management for government and commercial customers.
