Mike Innella, former principal consultant at Strategic Results Consulting, has been appointed chief operating officer at MetaPhase Consulting, G2XChange ETC reported Wednesday.
Prior to Strategic Results, Innella served as COO at Buchanan-Edwards and led the professional services business of American Systems in vice president and general manager positions. He also spent 21 years at Stanley Associates.
Innella also served as a tactical action and surface warfare officer at the U.S. Navy.
Reston, Va.-based MetaPhase supports federal customers in enterprise information technology, program and project management, communications, cybersecurity, training and logistics and digital projects.
