Christopher Kenly, formerly vice president of business development at Eagle Ray, has joined Mission Essential as capture director for the Department of Homeland Security, G2XChange ETC reported Monday.
Prior to Eagle Ray, Kenly led Aveshka’s innovative analytic solutions segment as vice president and served as a principal consultant at Detica, where he remained in the post after its acquisition by BAE Systems in 2008.
The business capture and program management veteran also worked at the U.S. Army as an all-source intelligence analyst for explosive ordnance disposal.
Kenly obtained his bachelor’s degrees from Criswell College.
