The Department of Homeland Security has added Exabeam security management platforms to a list of approved products for the fourth phase of DHS' Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program.
Exabeam said Tuesday its Advanced Analytics, Entity Analytics and Incident Responder offerings are certified for deployment by agencies under the data protection management phase.
The company's SMP suite uses machine learning and data science approaches meant to help organizations identify behavioral patterns that may pose security risks and address the potential threats.
"We believe Exabeam will be an invaluable addition to the CDM program as we arm organizations with the tools necessary to keep up with the most sophisticated threats and help make security analysts more productive and efficient,†said Bill Aubin, vice president of federal at Exabeam.Â
DHS previously approved the firm's Data Lake and Advanced Analytics products for the program's network security management phase.
