Carahsoft Technology and Corelight have partnered to offer network security monitoring platforms on the General Services Administration’s IT Schedule 70 contract vehicle plus GSA’s special item number dedicated to continuous diagnostics and mitigation tools.

Corelight Sensors have been added to the CDM Tools SIN 132-44 after the Department of Homeland Security certified the offering as compliant with DHS Approved Product List standards, Carahsoft said Thursday.

The sensors are equipped with the open source Zeek technology and designed to help security professionals monitor network traffic and facilitate incident response.

Corelight intends for its Federal Information Processing Standard-compliant products to help agencies manage streaming data export, file extraction, filtering, traffic shunting and support functions for air-gapped areas.

“We are excited for the opportunities these contract awards bring for Corelight and our reseller partners,” said Ebben Yazel, technology alliances manager at Carahsoft.

“We look forward to continuing this momentum as government agencies seek to modernize their networking capabilities while keeping citizen and employee data secure,” Yazel added.
