Ultra Electronics 3eTI will work to update centralized monitoring and cybersecurity systems across U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton under a new contract.
3eTI said Tuesday it will deliver technology to facilitate connectivity, monitoring, control and cyber defense functions of supervisory control and data acquisition systems within the base.
The SCADA systems cover 45 freshwater control locations across Camp Pendleton. These locations include water reservoirs and booster pumps.
According to 3eTI, it also seeks to address the information asurance and cybersecurity requirements needed to accredit the effort's risk management framework.
"As a long-time solutions provider to the DoD, we understand the underlying security concerns they face, and we design technology to support their mission objectives,†said Dirk van der Vaart, president at 3eTI.
