The General Services Administration has issued a request for quotations for a multiple-award blanket purchase agreement covering vendor offerings to support the agency's information technology modernization initiative.
GSA said Tuesday in a FedBizOpps notice it posted the RFQ on its eBuy portal and is scheduled to conclude the first step in the solicitation process on July 1.
The BPA is the second of two procurement efforts under the COMET program. GSA released in April the RFQ for a single-award task order encompassing architecture, engineering and advisory services.
According to the agency, it needs contractor support to integrate and modernize a portfolio of applications through agile, lean and value-driven approaches.
