Serco Inc. announced on Thursday that the company has been awarded three new task orders with a cumulative value of $16.4M, in the last 30 days under the U.S. Navy’s SPAWAR Global Installation contract vehicle.
Serco will install the C4ISR systems aboard a guided-missile cruiser, an amphibious transport dock ship and a Los Angeles-class submarine. The work scope includes removal of current systems, structural modifications, installation of 21 different C4ISR systems, and testing support. Work will be completed in San Diego and Hawaii.

Serco has provided ship modernization services for the Navy since 2001. The company has done over 1,000 integrated installations on ships and at shore facilities worldwide to provide the Navy and the warfighter with knowledge superiority by delivering effective, capable, and integrated C4ISR systems.
