Gary Rubalsky Named Sparksoft EVP

Gary Rubalsky, a systems and business development veteran, has been appointed executive vice president of Maryland-based software company Sparksoft.

He will lead Sparksoft's marketing, organizational culture, innovation, partnerships and business capture efforts within the federal, state and commercial health information technology market, the company said Wednesday.

Rubalsky most recently served as an EVP of Innosoft Corp. and led its business development and capture activities at federal agencies, including the departments of Education, Health and Human Services, and Housing and Urban Development. 

He also worked as senior director of strategic development at Signature Consulting Corp. and held program leadership roles at Quality Software Services, Northrop Grumman and ViPS, a business unit of General Dynamics' information technology segment.

Sparksoft offers cybersecurity, DevOps and cloud computing services.
