United Technologies Corp.'s Collins Aerospace business received an potential five-year, $83.1M contract to provide sustaining engineering and technical support for the avionics systems of U.S. Coast Guard aircraft.
USCG announced the contract award in a FedBizOpps notice posted Monday.
Collins Aerospace will help the maritime law enforcement organization investigate engineering concerns, perform cost-benefit analysis, conduct logistics studies, draft revision data and proposals and maintain operational flight efforts.
Work also includes support for application, computer and system software platforms that are designed to interface with the Defense Information Systems Agency's Coast Guard Telecommunication and Information Systems Command Windows 10 Secure Host Baseline suite.
The contract has one base year and four option years.
