General Dynamics’ information technology business has received a potential $44.2M contract to support the Defense Health Agency’s efforts to promote awareness of traumatic brain injury.
DHA will obligate $14.3M in fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award, the Department of Defense said Monday.
The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, which has a six-month base period and four three-month options, covers a range of support services for DHA’s Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center.
Work will include TBI data assessment, outreach support, clinical research and educational activities at 21 DVBIC facilities operated by the DoD and the Department of Veterans Affairs
The Pentagon expects GDIT to complete services by Sept. 25, 2020.
