General Dynamics’ mission systems business and Bitglass have teamed up to combine their cloud access security broker platforms built to help government agencies and other organizations ensure zero-day data protection.
General Dynamics said Monday it will integrate its Route 66 Cyber CASB with Bitglass-built platform to enable organizations to migrate, protect and track data and applications across multiple cloud platforms.
Route 66 Cyber CASB is a data-centric platform built to help IT administrators secure infrastructure-as-a-service and software-as-a-service apps in the cloud and gain visibility over enterprise data.
Bitglass’ Next-Gen CASB works to provide agentless zero-day threat protection, visibility and identity management.
Chris Brady, president of General Dynamics Mission Systems, said the partnership with Bitglass will help accelerate the adoption of government-ready cloud security platforms.
