LSI, a consulting services provider to agencies and contractors, has named U.S. Air Force veteran Steven Myers as chairman of the company's board of directors.
Myers brings more than 35 years of industry experience to his new position and will be responsible for leading the firm's corporate growth strategy, LSI said Wednesday.
He currently serves as chairman and CEO at Dolphin Capital Holdings. He established SM&A in 1982 and led the aerospace and defense consultancy for 16 years before he took the company public in 1998.
During his USAF career, Myers logged more than 6K flight hours and received 11 jet type ratings.
Layton, Utah-based LSI works with public and private sector customers to help them address business, social and economic challenges.
