NASA Taps Industry for Research Facilities, Engineering Support at Armstrong Flight Research Center

NASA is seeking potential vendors that could provide research facilities and engineering support services at the agency’s Armstrong Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif.

The space agency issued a sources sought notice on FedBizOpps Thursday to solicit capability statements from small to large businesses for the potential RF&ESS contract.

NASA mainly aims to use the information gathered through the solicitation to determine the appropriate level of competition and small business subcontracting goals.

The contract will require full-time, part-time and temporary mission operation support for AFRC's missions and objectives.

The selected contractor will work with the center’s Mission Operations Directorate, Dryden Aeronautical Test Range and Simulation Engineering group on center-wide information technology.

Interested parties have until March 4 to submit responses to the solicitation.
