Investment company Renovus Capital Partners has acquired a majority interest in Tempus Nova, a technology services provider to the public and private sectors.
Denver-based Tempus resells Google-built cloud technology platforms and helps customers migrate email accounts and enterprise applications to G Suite and Google Cloud Platform, the company said Wednesday.
Clients have included the Federal General Services Administration, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Didi Dellanno, CEO of Tempus Nova, said the investment from Renovus will help the technology services provider expand its geographical footprint, capital and executive resources intended to drive growth efforts.
