The U.S. Army has commenced a market survey to determine potential vendors that can support the military service's project managers for electronic warfare and cyber.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Tuesday says PM EW&C has current requirements for integration, testing, logistics, engineering, program management and acquisition program support that a contract may perform along with EW systems, subsystems and related items.
The government also plans to secure a justification and approval document for a planned three-year contract with a cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-only-basis structure.
A selected contractor should have a security clearance at the Top/Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information level and be ready to start contract work by April 5.
