ICF to Unveil New Communications & Marketing Arm in 2019 - top government contractors - best government contracting eventICF has announced plans to officially introduce in early 2019 an integrated business that will deliver marketing, technology and communications support to clients in private and public sectors.

ICF said Tuesday John Armstrong, former general manager and North American leader at IBM’s iX business, will oversee ICF Next.

Armstrong said ICF Next will leverage its experience in public relations, engagement and platforms to help organizations realize outcomes from marketing, technology and communications investments.

ICF Next will operate with over 1.7K creatives, strategists and other professionals across more than 12 offices in the U.S., Europe, Canada and India and will offer capabilities across technology, behavioral insights and creative engagement areas.

“There is a natural convergence in the work we do across areas like communications, public relations, technology, loyalty, marketing and strategy,” said ICF President John Wasson.

“ICF Next has been purpose-built to pay off on the benefits of an integrated model that enables our clients to more easily tap into a wider set of expertise, capabilities and resources as needs arise,” Wasson added.
