The Army Contracting Command seeks information on potential industry providers of consulting services to the U.S. Army in the acquisition, logistics, science and technology areas.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Friday says the market research effort seeks to identify a contractor to operate the Board on Army Systems and Technologies that will be tasked to conduct up to five R&D studies annually.
The Army’s Assistant Secretary for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology looks to select up to 40 subject matter experts to participate as BAST members.
According to the notice, the board will also disseminate research-related scientific and engineering information to the Army, Defense Department and other agencies.
Interested parties may submit responses to the sources sought notice through Oct. 19.
